Product quality
Each of our vestment - as the entire production of Tridentinum - is achieved by following certain criteria essential to any creation of high tailoring:
- Our fabrics are all strictly and exclusively of high quality: from the fabrics of Rubelli and Lisio to fabrics of our production, whose designs are our sole property, the result of careful iconographic research and of professionalism of our artisans. Church fabrics from low quality that can be found on the market - almost entirely synthetic - are absolutely banned from Tridentinum, who prefers to offer selected products complying with canonical rules;
- The pattern of fabric used for the vestment is always strictly symmetrical, including the stole the maniple: this involves a greater use of fabric;
- In the points of union between two pieces of fabric, the pattern perfectly matches: this implies a further use of cloth but goes to the benefit of the final yield;
- Any embroidery are entirely handmade by the équipe of our craftsmen, according to the best techniques and with materials of high quality; in some models can also be used embroidery machine-made, but always in fine gold and with our own designs;
- The gallons and the fringes are sewn with utmost precision, especially at the intersections or corners and the same goes for the marabout who eventually is around the body of the vestment; gallons and the fringes - those of our suppliers as well as those producted by our craftsmen on our design - are always of high quality and we will never use trimmings from haberdashery on any vestment;
- To the fringes and decorations with pearls, precious stones and metal balls - for example models in medieval or Byzantine style - we use only noble materials: do not you ever find trinkets materials , beads of plastic or other theatrical costumes materials of poor quality;
- The lining is sewn by hand with the technique of the sottopunto by avoiding questionable machine stitching and ensuring a better effect even if is not necessarily visible; no external seams will be made, as is used to products of low quality;
- Within the vestment is always placed the label in silk with the logo of Tridentinum to ensure the authenticity of the product, in addition to the method of washing and ironing required by law (in a second label typically white less visible).
