Ars Regia presents a wonderful roman-style purple chasuble, in silk velvet Vendramin. The chasuble is complete with all accessories (stole, manipule, veil and burse) and is adorned with a gallon in gold thread, with gold fringes and tassel to the manipule. The lining is in taffeta silk in a shade of purple that suits the changing color of the velvet. The style of this vestment is consistent with the Venetian model of late sixteenth century, as required by the pattern of the fabric.
